The superhosts website is owned, published and operated by superhosts. superhosts is a French platform based in Montreuil (93100), France, available Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, reachable at: antoine@superhosts.io

Use of the superhosts website is subject to acceptance of these General Terms. By accessing superhosts, you agree to regularly refer to the latest version of the General Terms permanently available on the site. In the event of non-compliance or misconduct towards a member, superhosts reserves the right to restrict or prohibit access to the site.

Service description

superhosts is a platform connecting property owners with professional concierges. Our service allows owners to find qualified concierges for the complete management of their short-term rentals (listing management, cleaning, guest welcome, maintenance, etc.).

superhosts acts solely as a technical intermediary enabling connections. The platform does not guarantee payment of services by owners to concierges, the complete accuracy of listing information, or the quality of services provided.

Registration and access

superhosts services are reserved for adult individuals legally capable of entering into contracts, as well as duly represented legal entities. Upon registration, each user undertakes to provide accurate, sincere and up-to-date information, create only one user account and maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Registration on superhosts is free for the first 3 months. Beyond this trial period, access to the platform becomes paid. Subscription rates and terms will be communicated to users before the free period expires.

Concierge listings

Concierges can publish their profile on the platform free of charge. Each profile must contain truthful and accurate information, precisely describe the services offered, clearly indicate the geographic areas covered, specify the rates and commissions applied, and mention professional insurances and guarantees.

Contact details confidentiality

Concierges' contact details (phone, email, address) are never passed to property owners until the concierge has accepted a collaboration request. Once a concierge accepts a request, both parties' contact details are exchanged to enable the collaboration to be organised.

Pricing

Registration on superhosts is free for the first 3 months for both owners and concierges. After this period, a paid subscription will be required to continue using the platform's services. Subscription rates and terms will be communicated to users before the free period expires. The applicable trial period is the one in force on the user's registration date; any subsequent change to that duration has no effect on trial periods already underway.

In addition to the basic subscription, superhosts may offer premium services to concierges to improve their visibility: featured listing, "Verified Concierge" badge, detailed statistics, priority access to new requests.

Financial transactions relating to concierge services are carried out directly between the owner and the concierge, outside the platform. superhosts does not intervene in these transactions and does not take any commission on services.

Review system

After a collaboration, owners and concierges can evaluate each other via a review system. Only users who have actually collaborated can leave a review. Reviews must be honest, constructive and respectful. superhosts reserves the right to moderate and remove non-compliant reviews.

Content moderation

superhosts reserves the right to read messages exchanged on the platform for the purposes of fraud prevention, service improvement, user assistance and compliance verification.

To prevent users from bypassing the connection system, we analyse exchanged messages to ensure they contain no contact details (email, phone, address) or references to other websites before the connection is established.

Limitation of liability

superhosts acts solely as a technical intermediary and accepts no liability for the quality, compliance or performance of concierge services, disputes between owners and concierges, damage to property or persons in the context of services, non-payment of services, the accuracy of user-provided information, or technical interruptions or malfunctions of the platform.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has fourteen days to exercise their right of withdrawal from a distance contract, without having to justify their decision. To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an email to contact@superhosts.io with the subject: 'Right of withdrawal' and clearly state your decision to withdraw.

Personal data protection

superhosts attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. For all information regarding the collection, processing and protection of your data, please consult our Privacy Policy.

Applicable law

These general terms of use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or performance of these terms, the parties will endeavour to resolve it amicably. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts.

Consumer mediator

In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, for any contractual dispute that could not be resolved through a prior complaint submitted to our customer service, you may, as a consumer, use free mediation by contacting the Association Nationale des Médiateurs (ANM), 62, rue Tiquetonne, 75002 Paris, via the online form at www.anm-conso.com
