Is training required to become a concierge?
No, no training is legally required. However, we strongly recommend completing a course to master best practices, regulations and deliver a quality service to your clients.
How much does concierge training cost?
Prices range from free (online resources) to £1,500–2,000 for multi-day certified courses. Some courses may be covered by your personal training account (CPF) or employer.
Can I use my CPF to fund a course?
Yes, some certified courses are eligible for the CPF (Personal Training Account). Check directly on the Mon Compte Formation website or contact the training provider.
Does superhosts offer its own training?
